Our company offers residential rental units throughout Washington Heights, Queens, and the Bronx. These units feature new wood floors, and stainless steel appliances, as well as superintendents that live on site.
Commercial Rentals
We also offer commercial rental properties that comes with a 5- to 10-year lease. These properties are in Bronx, Manhattan, and Chelsea.

For more than 20 years, founders Andrew and Denial Wrubin have been involved in the real estate industry. In 2005, they decided to start this business to manage their portfolio of properties. We manage more than 38 buildings with over 1,000 residential and 56 commercial units.
Our investment philosophy begins with aligned interests between ourselves and outside investors in every deal. Our proven excellence with our hands-on management technique enhances our ability to outperform the market.
We are big enough to command the best prices and values, yet small enough, that our principals can be hands-on and actively involved with every investment on a daily basis. Our staff currently works with over 50 different investors including high net worth individuals and an investment fund.
